CLYDE — The board of directors and staff of First National Bank cut the ceremonial red ribbon celebrating the grand opening of its Clyde Branch located at 122 E. McPherson Highway on Dec. 14.
Over 50 community members, city and county officials, and business leaders attended the ceremony.
“The support from the community has been great and we are excited so many people came out to help celebrate our grand opening and tour our new facility. The Bellevue and Clyde communities are similar in many ways so the short distance between the two cities makes this a nice addition to our footprint,” President and CEO of First National Bank Dean Miller said. “I think this location will provide a convenient alternative to our existing customers and will attract new business from Clyde residents that are looking for a bank that truly listens to their needs and is committed to the community.”
Adam Crockett is the newest First National Bank Board Member and is a native Clyde resident.
“The local market has always migrated to strong community bank philosophy and the level of service they provide,” Crockett said. “The staff at our new office understands this dynamic having many years of experience in serving the Clyde community and look forward to continuing this in the future. When the local community bank was acquired several years ago and changed their name, there has not been the same level of commitment to the community.”
First National Bank is a local, independent community bank that has six offices and a number of ATMs in the area.
The Clyde branch is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.. The drive-thru is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. For more information, visit fnblifetime.com or call 419-547-0259.
